Growing up in an entrepreneur family, I learned early about the complexities and juggles of customers, employees, cash-flow, products and promotions and everything that goes with it. I get how busy it gets and how difficult it is to find an expert that takes the time to listen and understand. My approach is to add a little structure and solid planning to your business. Because – just like in Origami – a good plan and a few clever techniques can transform any business.
In school I wrote my final assignment piece in economics about ‘The Online Market’ – the times of AltaVista and selecting menu categories with numbers. When I trained as a book and magazine publisher, I worked with the PR Manager and Head Designer on the company’s online presence. After university I have worked with leaders in the tech industry, before moving into big corporates managing teams and budgets. Whilst this makes me all feel terribly old, I have been in the online world for such a long time and learned my craft from the ground on up. I love the online world, as it is fast moving and offers amazing opportunities to connect businesses with customers.
